Why isn’t my course showing up on my course dashboard?
In addition to your payment receipt, you should have received an email at the address used to pay for your course with the subject line “Thank You For Your Purchase!”, which includes instructions for accessing your course. If you are unable to locate this email, be sure to check all your spam/junk/promotions folders in your mailbox. Also, if you have different emails for PayPal and business, we suggest checking your PayPal email for any communication related to your course purchase.
If you purchased a video course in the past, you should have permanent access to it. Please send us a Contact Inquiry including the name of the course that is missing and we will get it fixed for you.
How do I change my password so I can login and access my courses?
Go to SassySuite.com, scroll to the bottom of the screen, and select Forgot Password.
How do I sign up for the Socialite Suite newsletter?
Go to sassysuite.com/newsletter, or (U.S. only) text 3PSocial to 44222. If you have trouble signing up for the newsletter, fill out the Contact Inquiry form and we will make sure the email address you provide there gets added to our mailing list.
I’m interested in a private group coaching for my team. What are the requirements?
Great! We love doing private group coaching calls. Please send a Contact Inquiry and provide as much info as you can about your team, and we will get back to you soon.
How do I get into the Elite Suite Facebook group?
Elite Suite is the private VIP group for Brenda’s paid clients. This includes anyone who has purchased video training, boot camps, group coaching, or private coaching.* If you are a paid client but are not yet in the Elite Suite, please send us a Contact Inquiry and we’ll get you added. All Elite Suite requests are reviewed against payment and course registration records, so may take a day or two to respond or approve.
*The monthly All-Suite Webinar is not a qualifying purchase for the Elite Suite. Group coaching or higher levels of training gain you access to the Elite Suite.
