I thought it would be helpful to create a Toolbox of the key resources that I use here in the Suite. My goal is to be transparent – and as always, EMPOWER you to use the tools yourself, for your business. Everything listed below is something I use here on the website, in my customer communications, my marketing processes, or in my content delivery. My goal is to always refer you to the best tools for your business, that will fit your budget. Bookmark this page for future reference. I will update it as I find more tools and resources that I love, and want to share with you. Pickup the tools, learn them, add them to your own toolbox, and use them to build your own Suite.

SassySuite Web Services – If you need a domain, hosting, Managed WordPress, I can hook you up! We’ll also build your site and teach you to use it. Setup, design, content strategy and promotional strategy. If you need a site, we have it.
Lead Pages – LeadPages is a fantastically versatile marketing tool, that can be used for many things within or stand-alone from your main website, such as webinar registration pages, opt in pages and lead magnets, mini course hosting, or thank you pages.
PopupAlly – A polite popup WordPress plug-in that will increase your opt-in conversions. Try to leave my site and you’ll see it in action.
Yoast SEO – Simply the best SEO plug-in out there. Super easy to manage your key words and meta descriptions. Get found, sister!
We work with and recommend several WordPress child themes for Genesis Framework. Love a theme but have no idea how to set it up? Hey, hit us up – we do that!
Airtable – This is a database that functions like a spreadsheet application. It is user-friendly and quite handy for organizing contacts, projects, affiliate links, calendar, and more! It also integrates with Zapier, giving you countless ways to automate data capture.
Blue Snowflake – Small and powerful microphone extraordinare. If I sound good, this is why.
CinchShare – Pretty much the most awesome social media management tool ever, for scheduling posts into Facebook events, groups, and business pages. Yes, I said groups and events! Video Creation and Editing – If you’re not hooked up with Kari Driskell over at Driskotech, you are missing out on a whole lotta video awesomeness. She walks you through all the steps, plus has free shizz… gurl, get some.
Lighting Kit – I only look good during webinars and training videos because lighting (and mascara) makes me pretty. This is a good option for inexpensive soft box stand lighting.
HootSuite – This is the program we use for schedule management. Use this link for a 30-day free trial for HootSuite Pro!
Printful – Want to setup your own integrated swag store? Here’s how we do it. They do all the fulfillment and drop-shipping. Easy peasy, send it pleasy!
Screencast-O-Matic – Free and so easy to use. This is a great program for anyone who wishes to make a fast and easy screencast that can be uploaded online. No editing, but awesome for quick jobs. Mac or PC compatible.
ScreenFlow – A Mac-based tool that allows you to record and edit anything happening on your screen, with advanced video and audio. All of my videos are recorded using Screenflow. And if you don’t have a Mac, clearly you should go buy one immediately.
Selz – Want to sell digital assets online? Standalone site or integrated into your site, here’s how I sell my e-books. Set it up in an hour or less. Bam, done.
Snip.ly – This site just rocks. Posting content links to other sites? Add your own little pop-up to bring people back to you!
Vimeo Pro – Where I host all my Socialite-only premium content.
WebinarJam – Hands down the best webinar tool out there. It runs on the Google Hangouts platform, is easy to use, great registration reporting, slick functionality, amazing training and support, and just freakin’ awesome.
WooBox – Want to add nifty tabs to your Facebook fan page? This is the site to do it.
WooCommerce – When you buy something directly off my site, this is my magical payment integration process.
Wufoo – Create a contact form, and link to it from anywhere. Give your peeps and easy and consistent way to reach you.
YouTube – Just a little video hosting site, maybe you’ve heard of it. This is where I host public content.
Zippy Courses – If you’re looking for a membership-based course management tool, this is the one we use. Fully integrated with WordPress, easy to install, use, and manage your course content.
PicMonkey – Super easy to use graphics and photo editor. Many of the graphics on this site and in my training are made in PicMonkey. Buy their Royale version for additional fonts and graphics features and tools.
Creative Market – If you’re looking for amazing creative design assets, from photos to fonts to themes to templates, look no further. Many of the images on this site were manipulated using Creative Market assets.
Pixabay – Free and unrestricted images, for any personal or commercial use. I often use these for my social media images.
Font Bundles – Premium fonts available for free every week. I might have just downloaded $300 in fonts, for free. #DontJudge
Fonts.com – This is a great site for paid font content that will make your designs not look like everyone’s elses. One of my brand fonts came from here.
Fiverr – $5 for a quick outsourced service? Yes please! It was a Fiverr dude who made my training video intro for $5. Yes really.
Luckstock.com – Royalty free music. This is where we got the amazeballs tune that plays in my training video intro.
VideoHive.net – Royalty free video files and images to inspire all kinds of original content.
Zoom – Video chat technology. Free for up to 50 people, for 40 minutes. Perfect for leaders and teams! And reasonable packages if you need more than 40 minute sessions. This is a must-have for anyone who communicates with teams, customers, hostesses, or prospects.
Periscope – I livestream every day. Download the app, come find me (@SuiteBrenda), and say hello!
Acuity Scheduling – This is my online scheduling program. Easy to setup and use, and accept appointments from your customers and team members on your available schedule. Plus it integrates with a whole bunch of tools and apps – payments, invoicing, CRM, email management, and 250 more.
Day Designer – If you’re a paper planner kind of person and are not using Day Designer, I’m not sure we can be friends anymore.
Udemy – A huge online learning marketplace, where anyone can submit their own courses, and you can find free and paid video courses on nearly any subject.
Lynda.com – lynda.com is a leading online learning company that helps anyone learn business, software, technology and creative skills. They offer various membership levels.
KhanAcademy.com – Free online training, on nearly any subject.
CreativeLive.com – Free online training on creative topics such as graphics, design, music, crafts, and photography.
Asana – Cloud-based project management application. Easy to use and manage tasks, schedules, and files across the team.
17Hats – Amazing web-based app to handle leads, quotes, contracts, and invoicing.
Evernote – Best app ever for notetaking, and just about anything else you want to do on the web. You heard it here first.
